Providential Magic Terms and Conditions
By booking a cruise through www.providencesailing.com.au the Customer("you") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellation penalties depend on dates and the type of booking. If you cancel your booking on a day or evening cruise three weeks prior to departure, you are entitled to a 50% refund. If you cancel a privately booked charter within a month of the due sailing date, you are entitled to a 50% refund on the full charter.
All deposits for all sailing trips on Providence V are non refundable. If a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (eg weather) you are entitled to a full refund or can change your booking to another day.
2. Providential Magic makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, it cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
3. Providential Magic does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
4. Providential Magic does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with, its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
