Providential Magic Terms and Conditions
By booking a cruise through www.providencesailing.com.au the Customer("you") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellation penalties apply. If you cancel your sail (charter, day sail, evening sail) a month or more before departure, you are entitled to a 50% refund. If you cancel less than a month before the sail date, you are not entitled to a refund. All deposits for sailing trips on Providence V are non refundable.
All deposits for all sailing trips on Providence V are non refundable. If a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (eg weather) you are entitled to a full refund or can change your booking to another day.
2. Providential Magic makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, it cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
3. Providential Magic does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
4. Providential Magic does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with, its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
5.Full payment 48 hours prior to departure. Minimum four people to sail on any charter.
6. Vouchers are valid for six months only from the date of issue. Vouchers will only be honoured if they have a date of expiry and they have to be originals, not photocopies, and are recognised as official vouchers
Please check at 4pm on the afternoon prior to departure to ensure sail is going ahead.
